Any rum punch lovers?

The summer of 2022 has been one of heatwaves! With highs of 40 degrees in the UK for the first time ever, we want to make sure we're prepared for the next surge of warm weather so that we can keep our cool.

Staying refreshed in summer is essential, and if you're anything like us then you'll do it with a rum punch in hand. Luckily for you guys, we have an amazing recipe using our Original Spiced Caribbean Rum, but recently adapted this recipe for our Hawkbill Pineapple Rum too!

In true summer-style, we've now converted this to an ice lolly recipe so it's time to get your freezer stocked up, gather your best mates together and get your favourite playlist playing.

• 1 part Hawksbill Pineapple Rum

• 1 part Pineapple Juice

• 1 part Orange or Cranberry Juice

• 1 part Lime Juice

• A drop of Disaranno or Orgeat too!

Grab all your ingredients and mix everything together in a jug and then pour it into an ice lolly mould. Put your moulds in the freezer for a couple of hours and then remove them to push your sticks in and then put them back in the freezer until they're fully set!
